The Oklahoma Health and Wellness Center offers the convenience of complete workplace testing services in one location. Dr. Douglas B. Cook is on the national registration for D.O.T. physicals with multiple staff members certified to perform testing. We also offer care for work-related injuries.

The Oklahoma Health and Wellness Center is boasts the largest gym in Weatherford, OK with over 15,000 square feet of training space. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, highly skilled trainers, and wide variety of class options. The Fitness Center also has amenities such as hot tubs, showers, and saunas for both the men's and women's locker rooms.
