The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services programs are provided by state-operated facilities and by contract with private, nonprofit community-based organizations. Each year, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services provides services to more than 80,000 of Oklahoma’s citizens. Numerous collaborative initiatives are underway between The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services and other state agencies to improve the delivery of service to those most in need.
