• The University Hospitals Authority and Trust are a state agency and public trust of the state of Oklahoma
  
• Owns University, Childrens, O’Donoghue hospitals along with their contents, garages and lots and leases them to HCA. Combined with Presbyterian Hospital to form the OU MEDICAL CENTER.
