GlobalHealth, Inc., was established in August of 2002, as a new cost-effective HMO alternative for residents of the Oklahoma City area. The managed care plan is owned by the Oklahoma City Clinic – a physician group that has served Oklahomans since 1919 -- through a wholly-owned subsidiary named Harmony Health.
