• Offering full health benefits, from prenatal care and behavioral health services to dental and eye care, Heartland Health Plan of Oklahoma is a University of Oklahoma owned Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) serving more than 94,000 participants in Oklahoma’s SoonerCare Plus program.
  
• With more than 1500 doctors, 300 pharmacies, and a wide variety of hospitals Heartland Health Plan provides its members with a variety of health care resources from which to choose.
  
• Members may choose their own doctor and when expecting a baby, their own OB/GYN specialist.
  
• Heartland also provides a free 24-hour-a-day Heartland NurseLine to answer health questions anytime, day or night.
